This is in the Hotel Lucia. There is a hot pink sign out front and the decor is very metrosexual. The $3 draft beers are good with selections like Dead Guy and Drop Top, the food on the other hand... The papaya salad had no papaya, the fried egg rolls were mediocre and the highly recommended grilled steak the waiter suggested, was served cold with a sauce doused in garlic powder - very unappealing.
