On Deck Sports Bar and Grill Portland, OR
By far the most poorly managed restaurant in Portland. Horrible service, understaffed and a total "bait'n switch" on Happy Hour. Happy Hour is for customers inside only, however, there are no signs that indicate that and the waitress we had decided not to mention that to us until she gave us the check. I've gone back a few times to give them a chance to redeem themselves, but the service has been crap everytime. My recommendation is to just not go. Not worth it.

Great happy hour menu and hours, pleasent when it's not busy, but the service is usually slow, "nose in the air" crowd, and now I'm just being picky, but they won't change the channel on the big screen, even for the big game.
