Ship Tavern Portland, OR
[The Ship is not closed, despite the tag. Went there Friday night (January 8, 2010).]
Divey beer bar with a couple pool tables, pinball, bar video games. Large bottled beer selection (macros and micros), decent array of draft beer (again, macros to micros). Cheap snacks. Nice neighborhood dive.
