Oba Portland, OR

We went to Oba's "late night" happy hour last night (Wednesday). The info here is not correct; Mon-Thurs HH only goes from 9:30-10pm at which time they boot you out the door. To add insult to injury, it ONLY includes food. A serious disappointment. The consolation prize was that the food and drinks were great for the very short time we were able to enjoy them.
