Produce Row Cafe Portland, OR
Happy hour at Produce Row Cafe includes some great $4 food items, such as their pulled pork sliders, mini Reubens, nachos, and potato skins. Beer selection is pretty good, including some German and Belgian bottled beers. Pints end up being $3 (they're $1 off during happy hour), so that's a good deal.
The best part is the great outdoor seating they now have. The entire place has been remodeled recently, so if you haven't been there in a while, it's worth checking out again.
