Amnesia Brewing Portland, OR
Amnesia would get 5 stars from me if they served a full pint of beer. Not only do they use 16-oz glasses (which cannot hold 16 oz of beer when there's head involved), but I often get bad pours as well, which are maybe 12oz total. Other than that, Amnesia is awesome. Still 4 stars. And the $3 beer deal during happy hour is great.
