Great little out-of-the-way spot. While everyone else is assaulting Kell's right around the corner, you can sit outside at Voleur, get an extremely tasty burger and a few cheap drinks. One of my favorite little hideaways in town.

Mulligan's Bar & Grill Portland, OR
A personal favorite for those hot days in SE. Mulligan's has an uncanny knack for never being too busy, and never too empty. You can always get at least a couple of seats. If you're looking for a standing-room-only party, look elsewhere. But, for a great late-night happy hour on a Thursday, there's no place better.
