Tin Shed Portland, OR

Three of us girls went for brunch on a sunny Sunday. I LOVED IT! The music was upbeat and I felt like I was on a private deck with a bunch of people I had yet to meet! If you want a quiet intimate setting, this is not for you. You can order many different kinds of Bloody Mary's...I'll go back again and again!

Blue Monk Portland, OR

Happy Hour goes for an hour longer downstairs. When I met a friend there, she had already ordered food upstairs. We decided to move downstairs where Happy Hour was still going for another hour. The food was excellent. Once downstairs however, there were consistently 10+ people crowded around the bar for a drink. I was one of them. After 20 minutes and only two people had gotten drinks, we just left. The bartending girl didn't make eye contact with anyone and moved so slow, you'd think there was nothing in the world she needed to do anytime soon. I'm usually pretty forgiving with waitstaff when it's busy and they're busting their tails. But this girl was absolutely not even trying. Most in line felt offended. Half of us left.
