A good, central location for meeting...and very friendly service. It was not very lively, which would be good for 'sit and chat' but not so much for people watching. We ordered the pizza 'marghereta' and the calamari. The pizza was quite small and bland...the calamari was sauteeed rather than fried, not to everyones taste, but a departure from the usual. Good if you are in the area and want a quiet drink, but not much atmosphere or fun going on here.

Have not done a Happy Hour here, but did stop in with friends on a weekend afternoon. The atmosphere is fun, they seemed to be featuring all REM music, could have used more variety. The wine choices were good, but the prices were steep for what they were pouring. We tried the cheese and salami "platter" which really was lackluster. With all of the worthy competition in the 'hood they will need to try harder to get repeat business from me.
