I love the atmosphere, the location, and the fact that it's tucked quietly on a small random street of downtown. I hate the fact that the beer is aweful 90% of the time. I catch myself giving the Tugboat another chance every now and then and every time I leave disappointed! Good thing Mary's is around the corner to cheer me up. Owner and staff are very friendly and it carries a neighborhood feel. Food is great and resonably priced. Downfall is lack of drink specials and beer prices seem a little high for a neighborhood bar.
