VinoVino Restaurant & Wine Bar Columbus, OH
Although food and drinks at this wine bar are pricey, the food and atmosphere are impressive. We took a few very picky friends to Vino to eat dinner, and they both loved it. The brochettes and a wine flight are both very fun and highly recommended. In all fairness, I have not tried the happy hour, but my guess it is not for bargain hunters.

Burgundy Room, The Columbus, OH
As one of my favorite restaurants, Burgundy Room is upscale, but expensive. For this reason, I was very excited at the prospect of bring able to eat and drink there at a slightly lower cost.
The best happy hour deal for drinks is the 14.00 pitchers of Sangria. the rest of the pricey martinis (8.00 or more) are only a 1.00 off. The tapas was reasonably priced (around 4.00), but the advertisement of "half price tapas" is deceiving because the happy hour menu at the bar was limited. Food was good, but not as good as going there for dinner.
Overall, I would rate the deals a 4 and the food a 7. I would go back.
