Chayote Grill Portland, OR

We went to Chayote yesterday evening and had a fab time. The bartender Justin was a delight and the food is the best I've tasted at any Portland area Happy Hour! My margarita was all fresh fruit - no mix - and it was delicious. The space is also impressive and quite pleasant. With all the kudos it is still the food that is so exceptional! I'll be back.
