The Rocketbar is a cool spot. Not really known for its happy hour, but is packed after any Verizon Center game. Good college crowd.

Now known as First Down Sports Bar and Grill, it is under New Management. Looks tiny from the outside but incredibly spacious after you walk in with a lot of big HD TV's to watch the games.
HH specials are from 4-7 and include light domestic drafts $1.99 (Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Light, etc.), Domestic Specialty Drafts $2.99 (Sam Adams, Yuengling, etc.) and Import Drafts $3.69 (Guiness, Smithwicks, Magic Hat #9, etc.) On Friday they have $4 Margs, and m-f they have certain appetizers for $4.
The Beer selection is awesome, tons on tap, I think around 20. The atmosphere is purely sports bar, and the service is friendly and quick. I loved my happy hour here and will go back multiple times if they continue to keep from disappointing me.

Nice laid back joint with good beers. If you are in AM and looking for something a little more relaxed than the neighboring bars and clubs the I recommend you check this place out.
