Happy hour at Tommy V's Urban Kitchen is classy. The patio is comfy and the wait staff is very happy to please. The server moved two umbrellas 3 times to make sure we were able to enjoy the patio under the scorching sun! Yummers on the calamari and i guzzled a couple tasty HH wines!
