06-Aug-09This is my favorite happy hour in NW Portland. The sangria is delicious ($4), and they always have a margarita del dia on special ($5) for happy hour too. The food is a step above what you'll find at other taquerias. Lots of small plate options, as well as large burritos & heaping piles of nachos. I love the corncakes with black beans and grilled veggies - yum!
