The Savoy proves over and over again that it has the best late night happy hour menu in SE PDX. There's even about 12 options on the late night menu. Drinks are regular price but there's a good selection of beer, wine and well drinks. Furthermore, it's smoke free, great music, comfy seats, candlelit atmosphere, and free Wi-fi. And no attitude from the staff. A+ in my happy hour book.

Come here for great comfort food, a respectable full bar and wine list, and friendly, skilled waitstaff. We always have a great time...especially on those Sunday afternoons when a good bar is hard to find.
