14-Oct-09Morton's no longer offers complimentary filet mignon. Instead, they have a $5 happy hour menu with some good to great offerings. Beer selection is minimal (Sam Adams Seasonal or something domestic on happy hour special), and the cheap martinis taste pretty awful, but you can get some tasty food, a cheap beer or glass of wine, and chill in a bar where most people can't afford to eat a proper meal. The bartenders are cool too, more friendly than they appear on the surface.
