Happy hour at Sip & Kranz is between 4 and 7pm daily. They serve a small selection of local beer and wine as well as a limited food menu. They are now serving beer from the Lucky Lab as well as Kettleman's bagels.

I stopped by Sip & Kranz during a sunny Sunday afternoon for a pint of craft beer. While it wasn't happy hour at the time, I nonetheless was able to sit at their outdoor patio, which faces Jameson Square park, and enjoy a pint of IPA from the Lucky Lab. This is pretty much one of the best places to spend a lazy afternoon in Portland, even though the beer was over $4.
