One of my favorite bars in Portland! Being a sports fan, going to Riley's at Happy Hour is a huge score because most of the East coast games are on from 4pm-7pm. This is a perfect window to take advantage of the beer selection and food for a few bucks less. Everything I have had on the menu has been delicious ... but the fries are still the must have for me. Riley's is one of the places to go for watching the big game or shootin some pool with friends.
