Lupa
01-Aug-07Lupa, is a tiny wine bar located on Mississippi Avenue that you would probably never find unless you had the exact address. I dropped by a couple months after it opened to find a bar and wine shop co-existing in a single, yet amazingly comfortable room. Lupa lacks the pretentious air of other wine bars. They serve the wine in juice style glasses rather than stemware. While they currently do not offer a happy hour, the owner indicated that she was looking to offer a weekly special in the near future.
