All I can say is that this place feels like Southwest airlines...compete for your seat. People get really agressive about securing a table, i've seen everything from punching to cash offers. Hmm, a classic place for a cheap burger.

The good: Great views and good service.
The bad: The egg rolls and the bruschetta were ultra greasy, the rice was old, the seared ahi tasted like bulls-eye BBQ sauce.
The Ugly: Inhabited mostly by Portland's vainest and subsequently lamest.

Excellent food and drinks, great service, live music (pianist), and a great view of the city! A great place to have a nice dinner without having to spend a lot. We always take our friends from out of town here :-)

This place has a great food happy hour and a great view of the city. Just get there early if you want a table.
